I'm having a hard time with my fuel/air mixture (I think). When I started it was because the scooter would start and idle perfectly, even revved just fine, but when I rode it if I gave it gas it would start to chock and stall out.
Now, *when* I can get it running, it stalls out after warming up.
I made a short video of what it's doing right now:

I just got it started and it didn't stall after the auto enricher, the idle was high and the back tire was spinning. I hit the brake on the rear tire and as soon as the tire stopped spinning, the scooter stalled and won't start again.

Turn the Fuel Ratio Mixture clockwise unti it stops then turn it out Counter Clockwise 2 to 2 1/2 turns and see how it acts. Also take a shot of the Fuel hose coming from the tank to the carb and the petcock. Alleyoop

You also may have the IDLE SPEED to high, once the ENRICHER shuts off the wheel should stop spinning or BARELY want to spin. Alleyoop

with the fuel mix screw out 2 turns it starts easier, but stalls quickly. Same thing with 2.5 turns on the screw.

I made a drawing of all the hoses and components. I didn't know what some were called:

Is the rear wheel spinning fast did you lower the idle speed. Can you get a picture or Video of your FUEL HOSES from the tank to the carb. After you start it quickly lower the idle so that the wheel is spinning but not that fast. Alleyoop

I just got it started easily after giving it a rest and it ran at high idle, I waited a little while to make sure auto enricher was finished then, while the back wheel was spinning fast, I turned the idle screw 1/4 of a turn clock wise, and the scooter stalled and doesn't want to start up.
That's with the fuel mix screw at 2.5 turns.

Need to see if the fuel lines from the tank to the carb are a straight shot or there are looping. It appears it is running out of fuel so that is why I want to see the fuel hose from the PETCOCK(thingy) and then the Fuel Filter then to the carb. Alleyoop.

No you turn the IDLE SPEED SCREW COUNTER CLOCKWISE you want to LOWER the IDLE so turn it back the 1/4 PLUS another 1/16 of a turn.

I'm uploading a video now of the fuel lines, its hard to see some things because the petcock is directly under the tank.

I did the best I could with an iPhone and most of the stuff being under the fuel tank

OH ok, you might have lowered it to much then, Turning that screw closes the butterfly and if you do that it will kill the motor. So turn it 1/8 clockwise and see how it starts and idles. I noticed you do not have a Tach on the scoot so it is harder to fine the right RPM it should idle around 1500-1800 rpms. Leave the 2 to 2-1/2 on the fuel mixture screw and now I think its the IDLE that is to low if you turned it 1/4 counter clockwise. So before you start it again turn it 1/8 clockwise.
So your saying the petcock is attached to the tank if so then just the fuel hose from there to the carb is fine. Alleyoop

Ok that looks good I think it may be the IDLE at this point if not we can test if the fuel is flowing to the carb next. Alleyoop

That scoot looks like it is brand new did it ever run good before? If so did you do or change something on it? Alleyoop
