If you pay for plane tickets, I'll bring some cherry red Doc Martins for everyone, people can bring their own parkers and we can have a weird Chinese scoot parody of a Mod Gang! Attachments:

Ah, Hank man, what the (insert expletive here)? To be honest mate, if its happened the same way before and no one got caught, I think some local thieves will actually have you "marked". They'll know you've got bikes, and they'll know to wander past every now and then to have a look if you've forgotten to lock one away again.......... I personally would suggest not buying another bike. Or at least, not buying another bike until you've cleared some space space so all the babies can be locked up safe out of sight. Or if you desperately, just cannot, in any way, control your scooter urges, fit some CCTV and keep the tape/disc in operational condition at all times. Even then, you're only hoping to catch the guy: Ian Attachments:

What, you looking for some sympathy or want people to feel sorry for you ? Your own words state you have a few DUI's. I guess the good people of Atlanta Ga. won't properly punish you until you kill a kid. Its time to grow up and act like an adult. If you need help ask for it. Blunt. I do think almost anyone can pick up the first DUI. Multiple arrests are a pattern and jail is in order. Any idiot you mean. The message literary couldn't be any clearer. Do not drink and drive. Not even one. Just don't do it. Simples. I think Winner is spot on. Ian

I honestly didn't think people still did that. Let alone be dumb enough to do it again multiple times having already been caught. At least the roads will be safer in your area for a few days. Have fun in jail. Hopefully you'll learn this time. Ian

That doesn't sound right at all. Has he actually got the relevant licence to ride the bike? Is he trying to get fully comp or just third party? Has a he attended any safety courses? Does he have any priors?
Most people in the UK are paying around £150-250 a year. But on a Chinese, fully comp pushes that up to something silly like £600. They just don't want to insure it against mechanical failure.
Find out what it is that's causing the problem by asking the insurers, then see if you can do anything about it.

I have trouble with sensor operated traffic lights, and those sensor operated speed signs often don't notice me.
I think the sensors are generally pointed at the middle of the lane, where the middle of the car would be.

I personally couldn't give a flying moose knuckle whether you're here or not. Until recently I'd assumed you were a fairly level headed guy with a vast knowledge of scooters you were willing to share to the greater good of everybody.
Unfortunately, I've now been re-educated, and can see that you're MOSTLY a level headed guy, until some one disagrees with you, at which point you degenerate into some kind of militant, semi-racist, un-educated, ill informed bafoon, with a vast knowledge of scooters you're willing to share for the greater good of your own ego. And apparently your outbursts are a fairly regular occurrence.
IF it were my forum, the things you were saying to me would have earned infractions, and repeated episodes would warrant a ban. But it's not my forum. Or yours for that matter. So, "meh".
Ian PS. And I managed all that without swearing!

Yeah, but isn't something like 60% of that price road taxes and such? 61.4% in VAT (sales tax) and fuel duty, according to Wikipedia. So if it weren't for the government, I'd only be paying $4 a gallon, like you lucky sods! Lol Ian

I'm jealous of you all, gas prices here in Winnipeg are about $1.30/litre, or around $4. /gallon. It gets worse though; in Vancouver right now gas is hovering around $5.60/gallon. Ouch! It's £1.40 a litre here in the UK. So that's $2.10 a litre. Or close to $10 a gallon. It costs me £400 a month, just in petrol, to drive the car to work, or £160 a month in petrol and £100 in servicing for the scoot....... Ian

Isn't it normal to be scared at junctions? Everyone I come to with a car waiting to pull out I'm practically praying (to a god I don't believe in), "don't pull out, don't pull out, don't pull out".
Even the ones I've seen see me, you can still see the little movements of the car, the look on their face, that says, "shall I do it anyway? I don't want to be behind this idiot."
I even had one van driver who obviously saw me, as he knew to stick his arm out of the window, give me the "Vs" and shout profanities at me as he pulled across me while I slammed on the brakes and the horn.
I say you should embrace your fear, get some safety gear, and now you know you'll be ready at any junction, for the retard cager you didn't see.........

Were are at $4.00 a gallon here. BTW I understand that the oil came mostly from forest not from dinos, it is largely decayed plant matter not animal. If it were a stew the animal matter was just the seasoning. I thought oil was mostly sea animals/marine life, and coal was mostly wood/forest/plant life with a bit of dino thrown in? But that's by the by, I'd give my left nut to only pay $4 a gallon! Lol Ian
