funny on the Coast to Coast - long gone around here.
I like craftsman, but I've had good luck with HarborFreight, and I have a 1/4 drive ACE kit must be 14 or 15 years old and haven't broken any parts yet. Farm and Fleet has good tools, but often a bit pricey, though less than 2 miles from my front door. I wear out Craftsman ratchets.
I usually break the torque loose then use a batter driver to turn the hardware out and back in.

I rode 83 miles round trip, with a short stop at the turn around point. I have a 2 gallon tank and on that trip averaged 62mpg. My tailbone was sore.

My left switch is acting up also, and Ill be replacing it with a custom mini switch and bracket. The OEM switches are unreliable and far from reasonably priced, INMO.

by using relays, you send a better supply of power from the battery to the horn. If you add an upgrade horn and run all of the power through the horn button, you will burn out the button. It isn't made for the higher amps.
Use the original wire to control the relay. Same can be said for high output headlights.

I will take pictures shortly. I have this exhaust, www.ebay.com/itm/181114032768?item=181114032768&viewitem=&vxp=mtrIn the third picture you can see the inlet is a spun down nozzle sort of fitting. As it turns out, this kit fits really well, except I will add a dent in the muffler to clear the trailing arm - where it just barley touches now. I will be making the hangars today. The question is: Short of taking it to a shop to be welded, has anyone used anything else to join the pipe to the muffler?

Ive started mine down to 20F, no problem. At any cold start temperature, it likes to stall a couple times before I hit the road. This morning it was 36F, and dry so I finally got to ride to work. After sitting for nearly 2 weeks the battery was slightly low, dropping to 9V while cranking, but it did fire and let me gear up and then fly.

The included directions or some warning on the box said to be sure the compressor was mounted as vertical as possible, so I made a bracket which worked out nice since I needed a good ground and a place to mount the relay.

I suppose as long as they define it like that, it is probably legal: OTD +some more $...
Either way, ask for every detail upfront before handing over the cash.

I didnt get an optimal length, but I sort of figured sticking near stock, I don't wanna go deaf, or ask for tickets.
Using a tunable muffler like Supertrap is the next step in exhaust work. And a cam. BBK - if I ever catch a GY6-B BBK on sale...

My painted and rusty OEM pipe measures just UNDER 1" O.D. = I.D. is much less
My new, yet to be installed SS clean pipe is 1" I.D.
The GY6 Buggy guys on another forum said a 1" is pretty optimal for a stock 150cc.
I couldn't find a clean 1" I.D *cheap* (clean = no galvanized, no paint, no extra coatings) to mess with to see if I could bend something useful. McMaster-Carr - but I think the shipping was a tad high, so I put it off until I bought the new one still sitting in the box since June....
