electrical tape layers will slide when they get nice and warm, and then all that nice glue... bicycle grip tape or tennis racket grip would be a better choice.

I remember Bluefront had to notch out the flange holes to alight the OEM pipe correctly on his new head. That was a GY6-B two wheeler, but this is an idea for making corrections.
The after market pipe and muffler I got from ebay - I was sure Id have to make changes - notching or even a whole new flange to to sandwich the original flange and allow angel changes. turned out it fit really well and a dent in the muffler was all I needed to not be against the swing arm.
The muffler shop that welded the O2 bung on for me had no complaints about the cheap Chinese stainless steel.

It sure has gotten easier to find the BA20D bulbs than it was 2 years ago. More styles/shapes, and highter power.

I've heard that about them, but I've got 6500 on mine.

I have bleed the right hand master cylinder on my Xingyue when I replaced the sight glass, and had no trouble. When I got the Znen, I bled both brakes, with no trouble. Both have the double piston front caliper and single piston rear. Front: I think my rear calipers are like this: I guess I better have a look when I get home form work.

Is it once around freely or twice? If it had dropped a valve, it would be hard at the top of each rotation. If it is only the compression spot, then it should be once every other rotation.

I left mine on my scooter nearly all of last summer, and never had a problem. Stops in stores or for coffee are quick. I did stay at a hotel with my scooter, and I did take it off over night, and strung a lock and cable through the wheels, but not attached TO anything. A disk brake lock with alarm is one of the next purchases.

I have one in a case, with a 12V cig lighter power adapter. The mount is a mirror mount. I dont have any pics of it. But I also have a 7/8 SS towel bar mounted via L brackets and U-bolts between the mirrors so I can use bicycle handle bar accessories. My smartphone has GPS, and the GPS, and probably a Cree crazy bright auxiliary lamp, and maybe a walky talky, and of course: cameras.
I will take new pics after I finish the EFI kit install and give it a bath

Good idea. I will have to see about grabbing some SS brazing rod if they have it at Farm & Fleet - I will still need to have the O2 bung welded on for the EFI system. The bung will be a bit more important for the better work than the pipe to muffler joint.

The problem with Mac and Snap-On and Matco is/was having to find a truck. I tried to get a schedule for the maintenance shop at work, but that never worked out. Last special tool I bought from Snap-On: I went to the local office and managed to work my way up the chain explaining that I don't have access to a dealer, and they finally agreed to sell me the tool, which they had on hand.
Granted that was in 1996 - before I had a computer.... But then who doesn't prefer to handle tools before making the buy?
