sorry the only thing i got for you is since your not sure if the parts you replaced are good (even tho you got good readings on your meter) would be to buy new ones and try those but i am pretty much clueless when it comes to electrical on these bikes. wish i could help you out more.

it is easiest to use an impact bc of the torque on it but you can just go old school like i did and put a broom btw the spokes on your rear wheel to prevent it from spinning and take it off that way.

sound like your float is off like mine. my gauge reads e but i still have half a tank. what i did was i bought a 2 gallon gas tank ran it till i ran out of gas and filled it from the tank and checked how much was left in the 2 gallon. that may help if you want to do that.

im not being rude or anything but these guys know what theyre talking about and chances are who ever recommened that has no idea what theyre talking about.
so to me you have two choices
1) listen to these guys and have a proper running scooter 2) not listen to them and have your scooter run lean and blow your enegine
its up to you!

to drill out your exhaust all you need to do is get about a 4-5 inch long bit a decent size doesnt really matter youll drill through the exterior of the back and about an inch or two in will be another wall that youll need to drill through. i drilled out 4 holes in mine and dont remember the size drill bit i used sry.

i was an ametuer as well (we all were at one point) however this does sound like a pretty serious problem. tbh if you dont want to mess around with it and great frustrated beyond belief but have the best feeling of accomplishment once you get it fixed, i would suggest bringing it to a mechanic. if not keep posting watch a lot of youtube videos and have some belief in yourself that you CAN solve this and i have no doubt you will fix the problem.

wow this that kind of damage i would definetly take the top end apart and manually check for metal scraps on the piston head ring and cyclinder wall for scratches.

ok well i figured since it was running really lean id try richen it as much as possible for now until i get those new jets. tbh im just gonna move it back to the middle and wait. theres no sense in trying to make something work when i dont have the right parts. ill mess around with it some more once i get paid and get those jets in.
