thanks the air filter is on its a kn style filter just squirt pretty heavy gives it enough juice to fire over. i did forget to mention that i already had the carb tuned to dam near perfection before i put it up. the revving is me keeping it from stalling the best i got was when the video goes to the muffler i was trying to keep it as steady as possible but it kept wanting to die on me so i was giving it more gas. however i will most definitely give it a try!

hey guys im back!
so my scooter has sat for a year i havent been running it at all for that year. i pulled it out today bc i finally got the last few parts i need to finish this build. for starters i drained the old gas and put new in bike wont idle i remember having it idle no problem before i put it up as i was trying to tune the carb. but most importantly im getting this really bad up and down vibration at anything above 3k rpms enough to make the bike move around on its center stand and my arms shake while holding it. i tried to make a video of it but it came out rather bad u cant really see the vibrations but you can hear it run which brings up another question. it sounds to me like maybe a misfire you can hear it skip exhaust pulses. a little over a year ago when i last had it apart i know i put everything back together properly so i know its in time atm i dont have the iridium plug just an ngk in there umm not exactly sure what else you guys need everything else is in signature.
thats the video if u wanna check it out.

ive been using pb blaster i cant even get them to budge. i even made some scores in them with the little dremel i have so the pliers can grip a little better but nothing so far.

ok so i finally got the nuts off with that craptastic "rotary" tool from harbor freight. and im trying to remove the studs and i have a pair of vice grips but they just keep sliding and have nothing to grab on to no matter how hard i bite down on the studs. is there a trick to getting studs out? i would try the two nuts trick but there isnt enough thread to fit two nuts on it let alone its really damage threading.

sounds like something is loose i would suggest going back over the exhaust nuts (known to shake loose) then i would check your exhaust mounts make sure everything is good there and just do a general check for loose nuts and bolts.

ya i tried just about everything i tried grabbing it with pliers and twisting the nut but upon closer inspection it is the nuts that are stripped and not the studs. i went and bought this pathetic little dremel and i was out there for like 1 hour and didnt even make it halfway through the nut yet..... umm if i take the engine off i can use a hacksaw wich to me at this point sounds easier just taking the rear end off the scooter and sawing away on the nuts. maybe ill go get a better pair of pliers and try it out.
