Coil or Cdi bad ...Cdi more likely .....oooorrrrr ....the connection has come loose not making a good connection to the Cdi is probable . Check all the connections again . This is when having a couple of everything comes in realy handy .

If fuel is on the spark plug and your not starting it could be no spark . With the spark plug touching a engen bolt or some other ground( can run a jumper wire to the thread of the bolt and the other end to a part of the frame is what I have done in the past ) , try the starter button and see if the plug is firing . If it isn't try another plug laying around ....it doesn't matter what it's from because you are only checking that the coil is firing to the plug. If with another plug it is not firing then its your coil or Cdi that has bit the dust more than likely . If on the other hand the original plug doesn't fire and the spare plug does then its your plug , take to autozone and get another. If the plug does fire and you are getting fuel then it could be either out of time or possible vacuumed leak when you reassembled it did you check that all of the hoses are connected? If all are and no vacuumed leak , plug is firing and you triple checked at the stator and cam that it is in time then it could be a stuck valve not closing all the way under the compression stroke .

My mother the car did everything similar like KITT . She drove herself, chased criminals who tied to hurt the family and stuff ....really a great show very much like Herbie the love bug but could actually talk and not just beep.

So when you had it on your scooter did it help much ? Was there just not enough gases coming out the little motor to make it spin much ? Lots of turbo lag? Interested in what you experienced ?

Ok guy an gals tell me what you think about this . It's a turbo for ya scooter the price is way steep but would make a great winter down time mod . Apparently you have to build everything else to go with it like the plumbing but hey how about those bragging rights you would have when you pull up at the local hangout www.chinese-parts-canada.com/turbocharger_fuel_injection.html

Yeah I remember those when I got my urban express back in 1983 . I remember they sold kinda poor but the ones you would see usually were " pimped out" . Lol . Guys would put antennas , flags, all kinds of stuff on them . Looked very funny.
