Cool , all I have done is a carb tuning and a unlimited Cdi . Plenty of 60 kph roads to scoot on here . And the big roads have lanes for cyclist and scooters so can scoot just about anywhere .

I recorded it with my cell phone . I have looked at those go-pro cameras , just haven't got 150€ to plunk down on one yet.

Whine noise probably belt , I got the same kind of vibration as it hits 40 it feels like its about to explode but it didn't used to. I went out today and for the culprit ....a loose motor mount bolt . It was the bolt attaching the motor mount bracket to the frame . Gave it a quarter turn and took it for a ride just a while ago and vibration is gone . Nice and smooth.

Two mm computer case fans would pull about the same amount of air if not more . Don't know how well they would work on DC current though.just a thought.

I ride for both but a lot of joyriding . I started on a Honda urban express 50 back when I was 15 (1983) then a 72 Honda 750 , 78 Honda 750 , 76 I think it was Honda 750A ...automatic, many year Honda 350s and 360s , did have a Harley lol ....175 armatchi lol that I restored ....many other Hondas and a Yamaha xs650 special ...oh loved that one the most . Gave it away a couple years befor moving here and now turned full circle and have a 50cc scooter again lol. No other feeling like being on two wheels with the sun beaming down on you and the breeze in your face .

A good tablet is great idea . I have an ipad mini , Samsung tab 7 , and a little Acer 7 inch . The Samsung can do everything the ipad mini can do as well as both can do some things that the other cant ...android vs. apple....but both are great . The Acer on the other hand ....well it was like 130€ on sale and although it can do exactly what the Samsung can because it is android , it can't do as smoothly or as fast . Like we are always being told you get what you paid for , well it's true with them also. The cheap eBay $ tablets I would clearly stay away from ( worked on computers for 15years and have seen a few of these , utter junk ) stick with a name brand on these and you will be very happy . Although the Acer is cheap , feels cheap , and looks cheap ..it is still a quality tablet . Hp just came out with a 7inch tablet for around 100$ , read many good reviews on it and although it is based on a high end cheap chinese tablet ( think znen or jonway scooter vs. eBay crap we have seen ....there are good ones and then the realy bad knock offs ) it is well built and a good alternative .

Hum might want to do your history . First Chevy wanted something sporty like the European market has with the jaguars and such in the 50's . They made the vette. Ford wanted in on the action and made the t-bird to compete . In the late 50's to mid 60's the cars kept getting bigger and more powerful ....as the power war was building . But ford saw a market at the growing baby boomers now getting into the game and noticed they weren't buying the big huge cars but there little cars . So in 64 ford took the little falcon and put on a sporty body and created the "pony car " category with the mustang . Cheap classy car with pep . Chevy didn't catch on for a few years later with the camaro and Pontiac the trans am . Ford had always been more at the forefront of performance than Chevy .1932 ford first v-8 , Chevy wasn't till 1955. Ford had the slogan race on Sunday sell on Monday. Even in the gas starved mid 70's lol Chevy had their bloated camaros with the heavily restricted v-8s with little power while ford took the smart road and shoe horned a similar v-8 into a pinto lol and called it the king cobra mustang .....a scooter no less lol. 100 hp will move 1700 lbs car a lot faster than in a 3500 lbs car.

Hey guys was out ridding the other day and noticed the scoot started vibrating really bad . Like buzzing with the pulse of the motor . Felt like the bike was hitting terminal mass. Got it home ran fine , a little more ticking than normal but fine . Hmm . So today I did a valve adjustment , belt inspection , and other tid bits . Took it for a ride and the tick is still there as well as the buzzing . Got it back home and took the exhaust off and noticed first that I am now missing a bolt that attaches the fender to the exhaust brace , also when taken off noticed there was no gasket ! No doughnut ring or no gasket at all. Were the pipe was connected to the block was some gouging on both surfaces and also some soot were gases had been escaping . Noticed that the plastic in one spot of the cooling shroud has melted we're the gases had been escaping as well . Stores were closed so I cut out a gasket out of some realy tough cardboard box a mower came in I had laying around , put it together and started it up ...vibration gone as well as the tick . Cut it off and inspected the bolt one last time an took it for a ride , runs very smooth and sounds like great . When I got it back I checked the bolt one more time and everything was ok . The exhaust and muffler were ticking ( cooling ) like they never had before ...like they are supposed to . How could they ship this without an exhaust gasket ?

[replyingto=teddy554]teddy554[/replyingto]Video is real ...lol Harley will beet the snot on take off an short straights ...anything over an 1/8 of a mile can take it though ....the Honda will out break , out corner, run faster, run longer without repair, and over all beat the Harley in almost every other category . Have owned and worked on many of both when I used to restore and fix bikes in the mid 80's to late 's . Just like in the scooter world Vespa is held up to the same attitude by many that if it ain't a vespa it ain't s@&€ . Lol ....they rust, are grossly over priced , slow ( by comparison unmodified like say a kymco like 200i and a vespa px150 ......or Honda vs vespa gts series .....) I had a old Yamaha sx650 that was bobbed , shaved, had hipo cam, 750 overbore kit , custom pipes I made in the shop , with velocoty stacks on the carbs . It would flat out smoke my friends soft tail . But to each his own I say ...it is the ride
