Hey scoots...so did the belt help or was the it the bent bolt that caused your noise/vibration....I'll get pics of the variator area today...
There is also a whine noise that was not present on my buddy's scooter. I figured this was the belt.

I checked any bolts....none were loose.....here is a very short vid to show the belt tension. Seems loose.....

Wow you should'nt have slop or play in there at all! that's the input shaft to the final drive

How many miles of the CVT ? With a BBK I would suggest a new belt too . Rollers will wear out and develop flat spots thus making them not roll like when new and round , Worn rollers do make a rattle noise like a bad bearing . My Echarm I replaced my rollers with DR Pulley sliders after reading on how many like them better than round rollers . First thing I noticed they are quiet , performance it a lot better , and they last so much longer than cheap OEM rollers . So far I have around 12k miles on mine and takeoff is better but I went from 75MPH to 70 MPH on top end as they have gotten lighter from wear . I changed my belt at 12k ( I have a meaty Honda V belt type instead of a thin belt like on the 50s ) and I went with a Kevlar Bando . The stock belt was still ok but had signs of wear and I replaced it to be safe . It is more fun to ride than push . I have read so many horror stories where a broke belt damaged the other parts and locked up the rear wheel . I also got new tires with the belt and I felt a vibration in the belt where the stock was always smooth . I also have the tires balanced which really cuts out a lot of vibration and bounce when going fast . I also replaced my Gates belt on my 2T with a Bando and it had the same vibration at times where the Gates did not . I have also read where a Kevalr belt can wear out the variator since the cords are stiffer than nonKevlar belts .

With a BBK you have more power so may may want to go up a gram or two in variator weights . If you find a roller weight that works for you get 1 gram heavier in sliders like Dr Pulley or Koso which I heard was good too . Balanced tires is beyond night and day improvement too .

For what it's worth, my belt is super tight, almost impossible to put back on without scraping my knuckles.
