Stock exhaust should be fine, you will need to up jet tho Thanks Are all jets the same? Meaning, Can I just search for "50cc scooter carb jets" and find a set that will work for my carb? I'm also having trouble figuring out what would be a good set with what number would be best to try first. Sorry for the stupid question -Tim

Well, I got this variator by accident in an order I placed and I thought I was going to be able to use it but it turns out it's too big for my 50cc. I am interested in trading for some 4g or 5g Dr Pulley Sliders if possible. From what I can tell it's a 19 tooth and will come with what I'm guessing is some 10g rollers as well as what seems to be maybe 5g rollers. I weighed them on my "not very accurate" scale so these weights are approximate. I'm very new to the hobby so If you have any questions I will answer them as best as possible. I'm also aware that I'm very new to the forum and trust can be an issue when buying from new members. I will ship first with delivery confirmation via usps if need be. Feel free to Post/PM with any questions. I'm on most of the day so I should be able to reply quickly. US Only please Thanks for looking -Tim

Yeah, I'm a little bummed about it. Not so much upset, just disappointed really. Hopefully they let me keep the variator as I was going to order one down the road sometime anyways... One question about the BBK's, Do I HAVE to get another muffler or does the stock exhaust work? Also, should I get some new jets and an air filter because of the kit as well or will stock work? I'm in no hurry to install it if I need to purchase more parts first.
Thanks -Tim

Well, I got my BBK today but there's a slight problem...It came with everything but the cylinder... I'm in contact with the seller but man was I hoping to be able to bolt this up today. Here's what I did get in though... It seems they sent me a Variator instead of the cylinder which I guess is a simple case of mistaken identity for the box most likely. -Tim

Well after straightening the needle out and giving it a few test runs today the scoot seems to be running just fine. I even found a way to charge my battery so now it's good too ;D Only thing that seems off to me is like I stated in another post, When at a low idle and starting down hill the scooter doesn't seem to be in gear but if I just give it a little throttle you can feel it engage. Is this something that is normal or maybe caused by low idle speed and I need to raise it just a bit or does this need attention too? It didn't do it before all this trouble. Thanks -Tim

Here's my custom painted Fulmer helmet. I picked it up for a steal and it was in great shape minus the shield and some horrid paint the previous owner put on it. It started out white and this is where it ended up when I was finished after 5 hours. The characters name is clap trap from a video game called Borderlands. Thanks for looking -Tim
