Anyone know where to get a blank key for Chinese Scooter?

Hi all, i have a Keeway Zahara Chinese scooter 125cc, i have lost one of the keys and i am trying to get a replacement but all the locksmiths i have been to do not have the key.
Does anyone know where i can get a blank online from somewhere? I attached a pic, i don't need the Hex magnet on the top of the key, just the key itself would be great.
Ive emailed Keeway but have received no reply, which is no surprise.
