ok have a roketa mc 54 250 on the plate it says 150cc. which should mean air cooled.
But its has a radiator behind the gas tank.
Said radiator has a fan and is full of oil ?? it is electric start only. any ideas.

Is there a stamped number on the engine itself? If it's a 150cc gy6 it will have the engine number stamped on the lower left side near the front of the CVT.

I've seen some really dirty antifreeze look like oil before , lol. But yeh , it may be an oil cooler . and yes , pics would be great.

looks to me like a water cooled CN250 Honda clone engine.   |

no just behind the fuel is the only fan Ive seen! and again thanks for the help the pic of 250 Honda were out of focus for me to view. really don't want to try and stat it if it needs water in radiator in stead of oil and also no kick strarter on it
