ok then im going drain the oil and try to flush oil out any advise? will let yall know if its all oil

Nope... It really looks like someone put it their intentionally. This thing has less than 300 miles on it. Other than that it's clear and not brown like the oil I drained from the engine. I've never heard of an oiled cooled radiator either, that's why I'm confused and want to know.

it looks like oil tastes like smells like oil but not anti freeze

no just behind the fuel is the only fan Ive seen! and again thanks for the help the pic of 250 Honda were out of focus for me to view. really don't want to try and stat it if it needs water in radiator in stead of oil and also no kick strarter on it

ok have a roketa mc 54 250 on the plate it says 150cc. which should mean air cooled.
But its has a radiator behind the gas tank.
Said radiator has a fan and is full of oil ?? it is electric start only. any ideas.
