bounces. Any Ideas? It is newer only 200 miles ?

Bent rim or possibly out of balance tire could cause that.

From what I could see in the video, it seems like an out of balance tire is the likely cause. The rim seemed to be running true and it is a newer bike with no damage or mishaps mentioned.
BTW, could you tell if the odometer is showing miles or kilometers. To know for sure, travel a known mile and see if it shows one full mile traveled or if it shows closer to 0.6 mile traveled.

I know what you really meant to say: 1 mile equals 1.6 kilometers.

I was a bit bleary eyed when I wrote that at just about 2 in the morning and was thinking instead that 0.6 mile = 1 kilometer but it didn't get put down like that.

Ditch the stock rubber for some decent rubber and get your tires balanced or use some RideOn tire balancing/sealing gel. Also watch out for a bent rotor. Mine was bent from factory. Took some serious machine work to remove and install a new one. Drilling and tapping isnt fun on a new bike. Upside is i now have hefty bolts on my rotor instead of lousy M8..

Did you buy it new ? Or did you just get it ? The reason I ask is because of you bouht it new , and it just started doing this , then it probably not a balancing issue .

This won't help much of the speedo is off like most .

I'd like to see the CVT working . it may just be broken bands in the tire , but something just dosent seem right. I've never seen a back wheel bounce that much. Or a video from the rear. We can see it the tire is moving side to side or up and down.

This bike does have a front rotor, drum rear setup. I was simply stating that my bike (same brand and model) came from the factory with a bent front rotor causing front end shake when the bent portion contacted the shoes/calipers at speed. The rear wheel balance problem is easily corrected by balancing gel/beads and can be done by just about anyone with access to a compressor. I used my local service stations free of charge. Stock rubber on these bikes is really low quality. I replaced with good tires from partsforscooters.com and balanced with RideOn gel and put good straight valve stems in while i had access. Have not had any tire issues in 10,100Km. My $0.02.

Also the stock tires are usually only rated to about 60mph . since many of us are surpassing the 65mph mark , ts best to swap them out for a new better quality set.

I have a similar issue on my Tao Tao Quantum, though not as pronounced. I'm thinking this: Harbor Freight Tire Balancerand this: is the direction I might take for a solution. Any thoughts? JD

By the way, I compliment you on your purchase of a Lancer 150. It was a hard decision for me to decide between the Lancer and the Quantum.
