Thanks Jerseyboy for the starter clutch longevity response. I was hoping to get that important information. I grew up outside of New Brunswick, NJ. fyi.
I guess I should have posted that last sentence in the " non scooter related " section. Sorry guys

geh3333 Why do you ask "how much is it on line" when it's written in the post that your responding to. I explained it right there. No wonder you have over 4000 posts In such a short time. Orange juice is important stuff, huh?

First - of all there is no core charge and not every retailer requires or charges you one. Second - Walmart does not make batteries and you can order them delivered and no tax and free shipping straight from the manufacturer. I actually upgraded the quality of the battery then the one suggested, and it was on sale and CHEAPER than the one the forum turned me on to. From Walmart online. It also comes with a 18 month full replacement warranty which is three times longer than the battery suggested. Third - just to piss somebody off, rcg92130 you will obviously be one of those checking the mailbox for your social security check when you come home from work at 65 years old because you showed us all that you can't either finish reading an entire post of information, or you can't understand it. Fourth - the administrator should chime in here somewhere, because I don't know about others but, I come to this forum for scooter information. I don't need or want to sift thru post after post of orange juice or calories or sugars or corn syrup or all the other worthless banter you people pass between each other in this and many other posts. I've seen posts being moved and that's what an administrators job is. To keep the posts current and relevant. Please do your job. I rather read questionable light cussing, which the administration is right on top of, then the worthless talk he lets thru. I believe there is a section for non scooter related talk of several kinds that can be posted under other headings in this forum. Keep the ladies beauty salon banter to those areas. If your lonely and want to talk, I'm sure there are some lonely hearts forums that you can join. If you want to allow this to continue then please remove the "non scooter related" posts option in the forum menu. Why have it if you allow this worthless yapping to be posted under "Scooter Discussions", and why have it at all. And frankly, if you can't back up what you say, kindly keep your mouth shut. I didn't retire at 45 by being and idiot and wasting time. AND as the great Ty Cobb said......" It ain't braggin if you can do it! " Got it. Promise I will not again waste either of our time answer your questions. ps: pity you cannot tell when someone is joking with you. But that no longer matters. Good luck.

Orange juice is important stuff, huh? U never stated the exact price . you said " less the $33 " which was $12 cheaper . so what was it 45, 44 , 43 , 40 ? I was responding to free drinks , posted by someone else . it was important enough for others to take notice and respond to it. A little sense of humor doesn't hurt anyone . at least I didn't think it did. Also a post to complain about spending a few bucks more doesn't seem all that important either. Especially when the post comes off as rude. I'd rather have a sense of humor and post about OJ then come off as being rude. You'll learn pretty quick that the last thing we want to do here is be ignorant . I apologize for sounding ignorant myself , bit its hard not to when responding to your post.

But, at least we were blessed with a nice tutorial of his work history, philosophy regarding the proper way to deal with employees, and now how precious his time is ON SOMEONE ELSE'S THREAD. Or am I wrong, geh? Is this HIS thread or is it yours? Maybe it's just a momentary roid flareup and he will come back with effusive apologies and explanations, in which case all is forgiven. But for some reason I think I'll not hold my breath.

I didn't know a little humor was so wrong ? . since we are talking about humor , I'm surprised no one thought my sarcasm was funny in the " tachometer " thread. Maybe they didn't actually think , and try it out in their heads. TBA after I posted it I read it back and had a hard time not laughing. I usually don't laugh at my own jokes but that one was funny after picturing it in my head . maybe its just me?

now now boys and girls, lets play nice in the sand box. please wear your thick skins here. Yes I add a few extra bucks on,the parts and warranty the electrical parts too. I try to only keep the parts with low premature failure rate. My parts are tested and inspected so there is shipping charges for me to get them so I can QC them then reship. We all get side tracked from time to time, today was he and I. Tomorrow will be you and the other guy. John tvnacman, geh3333, mrpalmetto, jerseyboy, rcq92130 John

Wait a minute , were you being sarcastic when saying " over 4000 " ?

All is good..........and I have much respect for each and everyone of you and the knowledge you have and all that you have shared with me. I thank you. You guys know each other better than I do so its easier for you guys to discern the jokes from the non jokes you throw at each other. Maybe soon I'll get there. Tvnacman nothing wrong with making a buck. I did it. I respect you and your well thought out reply's.
I apologize for possibly upsetting anyone. I do think it's a waste to have to read thru several non informational posts about juice and gluten and whatever to find out how many miles a clutch starter is good for. I still think it's the administrators Job to delete the worthless crap as quickly as a post that reads....something like....... Mrpalmetto needs a good kick in the . (Let's see if that gets deleted).
I like you guys and you have helped me out greatly so again I thank you, and as I figure each other's personalities out over time, I will see what a great intelligent humorous group of men we have on this forum.
I grew up in NJ, went to college in SC and lived there for 25 years, and I now live in rural southeastern NC.
Tvnacman, thanks for the instantly quick shipping and the ability to get my hands on a part that just may set my scoots hair on fire. That's humour guys. :- )
And all you guys are probably right, the humor and the banter back and forth is probably why this forum is so well liked.

Thank god you got out of there. NC has some of the nicest people , been to sunset beach and they are much more polite then many in the upper states. I'm just kidding about the NJ thing . but then again I'd never be able to live in either CA or NJ among a few others due to right restrictions. Are you an old scoot dawg member ? The name looks familiar but I could be wrong.
