Video of you trying to start it with a good strong battery and pictures of the carb area and hoses. The important hoses naturally are the Vacuum hoses going to where ever. Also if you have a Gravity Fed Fuel system(TANK HIGHER THAN THE CARB) make sure the fuel line from the tank to where ever to the carb is going downhill NO UPS AND DOWNS ON THE FUEL HOSE.
The Carbs Bowl needs to be getting fuel if that is ok then if no fuel is being sucked out means the PILOT JET and its passage are clogged and you will need to take the carb off and clean the jets and its passages so that when you SPRAY into the Pilot Jets hole fuel comes out by the butterfly and when you SPRAY into the Main jets hole fuel comes out inside the venturi by the needle guide, then you will be assured that fuel will come out from the carbs bowl.
Also the fuel ratio screw should be checked , turn it clockwise until it stops then turn it out count4r clockwise at least 2 to 2 1/2 turns that is enough for any motor to start and run pretty descent.

Your welcome,,the battery and or starter motor is not strong enough to push through compression stroke from what I am hearing...hope you get it going man!

When trying to kickstart it, does it take more force than usual? No kick start at the moment. But I am ordering one soon. Are they better for starting in cold weather?

Alleyoop I'm confused on how to jump start the scooter. Do I just connect the jumper cables to the battery and start it or do I connect the jumper cables somewhere else

i can remember a year ago i installed a bbk on my atm50. also installed a new carb at the same time and couldn't get it to start. when we make too many changes at once it can be difficult to trouble shoot.
my problem was so simple and stupid it made me LOL when i discovered what i did. i forgot to take the plastic cover off the carb. oops, dang thing couldn't get any air. recheck every new part you recently installed.

You can hook the cables directly to the battery or clip the negative to a good ground like the CVT housing. It doesn't matter,,you are just paralleling another(known good) battery into the circuit.

1. Take the RED CABLE connect it to the POSITIVE TERMINAL on your scoot and on the POSITIVE TERMINAL of the( OTHER BATTERY, CAR, TRUCK EXTRA BATTERY whatever). 2. Take the BLACK CABLE connecyt it to the NEGATIVE TERMINAL on the (OTHER BATTERY, CAR, TRUCK whatever). 3. Then you can connect the BLACK CABLE to the SCOOTS BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL or the FRAME of the scoot. AND GIVE IT A SHOT. Alleyoop

I connected it to a car battery it did turn a little bit faster. I poured a teaspoon of gas down the vacuum line going from petcock to manifold. I turned the screw like you said and still no start. What do I do next
