Cvt looks fine If it did not FIRE at least once then I would say the SPARK PLUG IS NOT FIRING. So take the spark plug out or if you have a spare one take the boot off the spark plug on the motor and stick the spare in the boot cap and hold the spark plug metal part on the valve cover. Then crank it and see if the plug is firing. Alleyoop

Maybe the Video will tell something. We have to go by what you tell us to try and diagnose the problem. If it has spark and you poured some gas down the intake and it did NOT even fire once that makes no sense. Something is wrong but all the things that would cause this you say are working. If you have a spark and gas it will at least attempt to start, it may not start but it will fire at least a few times. Have you adjusted both valves to .003 inchs?
Take pictures of the CARB area and hoses NOT the CVT that comes into play AFTER the motor is running.

Are you sure the coil cable and the CDI cables are ok? I used to have problems with the spark because of poor contact on one cable on the CDI connector, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't

Give us some background was this engine running ? John Yes. I got it for free because my buddy couldn't get it to start. I actually had it running once. But after I parked it I came back a few hours later and it wouldn't start. I've only rode it that one time I got it started.

A bad ENGINE TO FRAME ground will cause the Spark Plug to NOT fire when in the motor.
