50mm bbk, big valve head. Its screaming feed me. All I have are cheap throw a way carbs Can you point me in the right direction, perhaps a link? What are you calling cheap throw away carbs? And may I say any cheap carb as you call them can FEED AND FILL UP YOUR SCREAMING MOTOR. I have had my 40 dollar carb on now for 4 years and all I do is adjust for temp changes. In the fall when the temps drop below 70 I richen it in the summer I lean it. They all do the same thing even your most expensive ones which you are paying due to the name. They all work the same and have the same parts that can go bad, which rarely happens by the way even on the cheap ones. Most common fuel problems occur due to not using a good fuel filter. If you use a good fuel filter no particles will get by and clog your Pilot Jet and or it's tiny fuel outlets by the butterfly. Another thing is leaving gas in the carb for months on end without running it at least once a week once everyb 2 weeks for 15-20 minutes. Another thing is leaving it out in the elements without a cover and letting it rained on a lot and water will most likly get into the gas tank or short your electrics out. So with all that said, what kind of carb and what make if you believe the ones you have are throw away are you looking for and how much do you want to spend. Prices are all over the place for identical carbs one may want 50 and other for the same carb may want 100.
