This is not a science that you can say put this in if you got this, it is all trial and error. Also just porting the intake all that does is allow the air and fuel to flow smoothly. Also is that a 100cc BBK in there the pilot and main are awe fully big, even a 250cc motor does not have that big of a pilot jet even a 150cc motor either. I don't think you have to worry about seizing the motor I think you have to worry about flooding the poor thing.
People think DUMP A GALLON of gas and WOW the power in reality you just are making the motor loose power with to much gas, it cannot burn it all and it dumps it out the exhaust.

What is the boost intake block? Don't care what you dremeled those jets are to big for a 72cc. And also remember they call it a 72cc but it really is not 72cc it is less.

making the intake block larger (inside diameter larger) won't do much, if anything, to the way it runs. Re-jetting won't be needed, unless other mods happened at the same time as the porting.

it almost sounds like you are giving it way to much fuel. i would drop the jet down a few notches. and check the seals where your intake meets the motor, it could have a hair line crack, or even a small split.

that's what i am thinking rpdemers that's why i put back the 100mjet from 105 even 110 what seal are you talking about is that the gasket on the manifold..i will make my long test run again i tested it already w/ a 100mjet just 2 miles it runs smooth and fast..i don't know yet if i ride long miles problem will show up again hope not...

Well the crack I'm referring to is not the gasket. I mean the actual intake Sometimes because of the quality of the aluminum\metal they can crack when porting if it is a lower quality metal l. Depends on whether your bike is a cheap Chinese model or not. But yea, run some

since i port it before to make it bigger..i decided to put j-b weld to make the intake narrow again i thought its getting too much air. i just noticed before i j-b wield there is a thin small line at the floor of the intake maybe 1/4 inch.maybe that's the hair line crack your talking..but it was covered with jb-weld...so what will i do if theres a crack?i just tested the scooter about 5 miles with a lot of wot ( degree F ) plug chop light coffee color..my scooter is made in Taiwan clone of Honda dio
