i have a 21 oko w/#103 mjet, uni air filter.,,it keeps on soft seizing every time i drive about 2+miles wot,so i adjust the a/f mixture to rich..i used i used gnu pro Honda 2 stroke oil inj/pre. i put some to my tank too..i just woke up around 2pm test drive my scoot w/87 degree drove it about 6miles max speed/wot. i feel the engine is seizing so i release the throttle a little and give gas feed by twisting throttle up and down just to feed gas in the piston.good thing it did not die/stop the engine i just slow down a little bit..it happen twice when i reached my garage...frustrated /thinking what to do..?%&*!><?..i decided to change my main jet to#100 since it the easy way to change..i test drive again the same route &miles w/ max speed&wot...this time i am very rough in the throttle i am ready anytime my piston will hard seized or hole in the center...i reached my garage safely NO seize.speed is good, speedometer almost reach max of course not against the wind..it runs good.my QUESTION is why it did not seized w/ a smaller main jet...

I don't think it seized I think it flooded the spark plug to much fuel with the #103. If it seized you would have to wait for a while to cool off before it will start again. And if seized you would not be able to turn the crank until the piston cooled enough to slide up and down. Alleyoop

if your bolt breaks, you are leaking air. it doesnt take heat to seize up engine temperature warm metal. air will. drying it.

A larger carbs means more air means leaner unless upjetted . I was running a 120 MJ on 19mm TK carb with Uni , pipe and BBK . I put the stock pipe back on since it was so darn loud and went down to a 105 since I lost the 110
