HAHAHAHA, clutch doesn't fully engage until 4000 rpms, I can see why they bust Your a hotrod on that thing and running high rpms most of the time full out. Alleyoop Yeah your right I do run it hard , my clutch normally didn't engage that high , that's why I think my pads are wore causing the rpms to rise higher to throw the clutch arms out enough to engage . They should be full engaging near 3200 rpms with the 1500 rpm springs . I think the combination of that with my 210 lbs and a 2000 main spring is the cause .

whatever then fine its cool. with me, its your bike. i did mention that the cvt is a system. systems dont, switch, without certain things. under certain conditions things have to be met.
your getting a new variator. thatll fix it. i dont know why them sliders break. its a good idea to check them every once in a while and repalce them. once they break, the variators shot. you where throwing more sliders at them and they where breaking over and over. guess what? you dont need to. do anything. get a new variator and use some quality brand sliders.
if a drive and driven pulley.. are together. their in a system. that's 2 different things. they need gaskets to be in a sytem together. thats why im calling them gaskets. they are, gaskets. the rear driven pulley, if you take it apart. where the 2 different ramps, slide apart, there are gaskets. on teh variator, it slides back and forth with, the ramp plate. and variator. lon the back, its the driven pulley, and torque converter. these things dont operate without, gaskets. the rear has gaskets between these. so does the front.

if you dont get it i dont care. dont start your little 2 yeard old insults, Cause it aint hard to do.. i dont need them. lets actually have a discussion on bikes, and mechanics , cause thats what inm intersted in. its why i post. if you cant do that, why dont you go get a beer from your fridge and turn your tv on and sit in front of it, no reason to sit at a computer with a keyboard.
i aint got no gaskets. oh haha. you mean as i said, no sliders and no o-rings in the driven pulley?
or is it called the magical works however i think it does type of system? fairies are keepign the metal to metal contact from happening? whats the sliders there for..? lets see, ikn a mechanical operation which it is having to do, it makes it slide, easier.
yea thats a real technical term. easier. in mechanics, right that happens.
Ok welll thats enough ive shown my point.

Rex I'm not running a broken variator , yes there was Some metal on metal contact but it wasn't that bad so I filed it to were I can still run it for now. Of course I am ordering a new one and a new ncy clutch and new v slider guides . I ran the scoot yesterday about 35 miles I haven't checked the v slides yet . I'm sure they are about shot they were half broken as it was .
