Hi dawgs, I need a lift kit for a Renegade 50.
I found longer shocks that will fit my short case and tree for lifting the scoot. But, can't seem to find a longer side kickstand to support the lift diff. I'm thinking of changing to 12's to simi-fix the speedo.
Is the 150's side-kick longer than the 50's??
Or, how do I go about this?

just get a 150 speedo the speedo doesn't act up until it hits the red on the instrument panel its accurate up to 50 i have it

you can cut the kickstand and weld a piece of pipe in to make it the correct length

I'm not sure of the grade of the stock sidestand steel.
Common water pipe is low carbon stuff and bends fairly easily.
4130 steel would be far better. Welding together a kickstand seems to practically screams time to get creative and design and fab up a custom work of art...

If your doing the work of ART I would RAISE the Sidestand where it bolts up to the Frame so when making low left turns the side stand does not scrape the ground  Alleyoop |

Are you doing this as an art project or is the seat just too low for you?
If the seat is too low it may be simpler to just reupholster the seat with thicker padding.

I don't care about the seat height, I've road a yamy 426cc dirt bike with compession release, it was about 40" high. I have 30" inseam. I just need the bike higher.
I love this 50, and I wouldn't want to trade it for a 150 just for more groud clearance.
