We started this build two days ago. A Taida 232cc engine. Here is a list of the parts we are using just to give you an idea. BTW Every single part is available on our website except for two parts. That's a beast. Can't wait to see what performance you get out of it. I'm currently thinking about getting a 150cc to build and y'all seem like the go to place for that.

GY6 150cc engines are awesome. So many parts for them. Yup thats why we only deal with GY6 150cc performance parts. Most other dealers have parts for everything but we focus on just GY6 150cc and nothing else. |

I would be interested in how it does with your regular gas station fuels. If good results I will Have Jim order a new motor for my Trike Since I cannot just get any 150cc motor and have it shipped to him and have JIM bore out the case and build it up to 232ccs. I like the head even with the bigass piston it has plenty of meat around the holes and by the chain. Your smaller heads you bore them out and hardly any meat is left around the head bolts and by the chain and they GO BOOM pretty quick. So let me know how it runs with gas station fuels I am not going to race it but Would love the extra 50ccs added to what I currently have. Maybe I can do wheelies with my TRIKE  Alleyoop |

That engine case looks like it's for a drum brakes.
Will you have any engine cases for disc brakes, so it fits a 150 cc scooter with disc brakes ?

I am sure you can do a conversion i have had people do it. they just buy the rim for disc, a disc, caliper, lines, master cylinder and swing arm. |

My scoot has a dual disc but bolts on the swing arm so would the taida work on mine i may try this rather convert mine to a 232 the 250cc scoots are just so ugly rather turn mine into a beast 232

Would like to know what the compression is and do you have access to a dyno ? Have you built a 232 before ? If so how does it compare to a 150 and a 250 ? What exhaust will you be using ? On a beast like that I would get a Supertrapp exhaust

Wouldn't it have been easier to mount the rubber bearings for the engine mount before the assembly of the engine or do you have a smart tool for that?
Did you plug the SLS connection on the head?

We have our own tools for that, that installs it in just a few seconds. A wrench, some washers next time i install one i will record a video of it. SLS?? i know most of these parts by the name in Spanish since that is how i learned it lol |

Does the high volume oil pump take any power away from the engine? We used to run stock oil pumps in our late model stock cars so it didnt take away from the horsepower it took approx 10 HP away to spin a high volume high pressure pump
