BTW what is a BN157QMJ MOTOR and how is it different than the P139QMB in my T3? WIll GY6 coil and orange CDI work on this motor? What about the Gy6 sliders I bought for it before i knew it was a different engine? When I research that engine number it says it runs a 16in wheel. i dont have 16in wheels

Holy crap! It is stamped BN157QMJ!! How did that wind up in a box that says Tuscan 50 and I paid for a 50!!!! Mistakes like that never favor the consumer...well well. Was wondering why it was faster than my modded T3 right out of the box. Now what?

Make sure your paperwork matches. They may have sent you a 150 and 50cc paper work. Check the vin. If it doesn't match you'll never be able to get a tag for it until that's fixed

Keep it and You never knew about it! I just wanted to say, now that you have the pictures, we know that the bike exist, but it's not yours yet until you get the title. Lets hope they won't find out. Usually you can request the title online (that way you avoid phone contact with them). If they don't notice at title shipping, then you're in luck! Doing the titlework online allows an extra chance of them not noticing imho... Otherwise, there's something like "it's not my fault" law.

Also if its a 150 you'll need your endorsement if you don't currently have it.

A 150cc engine doesn't have the same mounts as a 50cc. They must've put on the wrong stickers on it! Could also be that the company only payed for a 50cc and never checked it before shipping it to you...

The engine code is usually stamped or etched into the crankcase. No way to put the wrong stickers on. Well maybe the wrong stickers on the body... (X)
"BN" is for Benneng. Those are the Znen engines. I have one in my ZNEN 150-F8 with 12" wheels. I've had it all apart except for the crankcase and so far the top end and the CVT parts are all standard stuff. The kick start shaft is longer than standard though because of the style CVT cover they used on my model. Supposedly there's something different about the crankshaft but I'm not sure what exactly.

It is etched. This model can also be ordered with either a 50 or 150

BTW, have you change the muffler on your 50 cc scoot? Isn't it in the backgorund of the image... It's not the same as in your profile [/quote]
