A bus on a scooter?  Weird heading.  But yes, I watched the clip and that was crazy, then her husband shoots through unsighted as well. An accident waiting to happen. They shouldn't be riding. That is something you see in Asia. |

Rookie move and got busted by the paparazzi.  Certainly not the worst traffic sin ever committed on a scooter. Tooling around on a nice day. Get a big bus jamming up your groove. Make the move at the light. The bad part was she forgot the over the shoulder glance Always, always, always must look before changing lanes! "Unscathed: The actress appeared unaware of the near miss" Bingo! The laws of physics still apply. Whether or not you're famous a bus still won't be able to stop in time. The one time you forget to look and a bus sneaks up on you could be the last time. Double shame points for putting her daughter at risk. Riding with a passenger is a whole other level of responsibility that apparently she isn't taking seriously. |

They don't call it the dead zone for nothing.
Lane filtering by bikes is allowed by law in California if you follow the rules they have set and endorsed to help alleviate traffic congestion even though in other parts of the country it is a ticketable offense.
The bus was signalling like they were pulling into the bus stop and then played on instead so it probably looked like they were going to be pulling in behind them when she checked her mirrors. Shows you can't trust peoples signals.
Too she seemed to be aware of the papparazzi and may have been distracted by them also.
The Mafia use to carry out hits on folks by distracting them so they would step out in front of buses and trains getting them charged with attempted homicide. Maybe the papparazzi should be held to the same level of accountability when they harrass and distract people dividing their attention during potentially dangerous situations.

This is newsworthy why? Well its the Dailymail almost news. This happens every day, no crime no foul.
I hate Hollywood and I hate thoses who hang on every move made there.
