Okay so I put in an 
jet and High Performance air filter.
Runs But idles rough.... REALLY rough but is idling where it needs to be.... Air filter is now soaked with gas.... and Top Speed and acceleration has went down....
What's up? Do I need to change air to fuel mix on carb... something else?
if it is the mix any ideas on getting the tamper proof cap off?
