Ok so I got my new Cam Chain the other day and just got around to splitting the case and installing today. . . and the Chain IS TIGHT. . . . like mentioned above I do have metal gaskets in place. . . . I definitely don't want to have to tear this thing down again if i do i WILL junk this thing im soooo done with it. . . .so I dont want it to brake again but dont know what else to do....

Actually I started kinda messing around last night with it and mine has threaded holes but they are tiny so after hooking it up and applying pressure it bent the tiny bolts. . . ugh well I guess i'll have to buy one although I was hoping to only have to do this once. . . . lol

Is the principal the same as a harmonic balancer. and can I use a harmonic balancer removal tool since I don't own a a flywheel puller.

Wow good see this is info I was looking for thanks guys only problem not is BBK install was last season chain broke didn't feel like fooling with it since season was out just opened it to see chain broke BUT I DO NOT remember anything about the gasket got a new one with BBK so I used it figure no need to keep.
But definitely something to ponder especially if it happens again. Thanks Guys

Still though is there a beefier chain or is a stock one fine just coincidence stock one broke?

is there a different chain i need or just a stock is fine just a new one. . . which side do i enter through? like i said i never have been that deep thats why i never changed the crank to a stroker. . .

What is the process for replacing the Cam Chain on a GY6 50cc just because I've never been that deep? I have also installed a Big Bore kit and my chain broke. Is there a beefier chain I should be using is was it just coincidence the chain broke after a BBK install?
