Alright maybe that's worth a try... also though I forgot to mention I went after it turned its self off and tried to do a compression check and cross threaded the spark plug hole.... any thoughts or ideas on fixing it... what size thread is it, how, precedure.....

Ok I'll have to check. . . sorry for the late response it's been raining for like a week here and getting cold fast.... so haven't even had time or the will to look at the thing but ill check the Valves first once the weather gives me a little break. but the thing is i really don't think thats the reason beacuse I had just adjusted them to .003 and it ran fine... didn't start taping and for some reason when I crank down on things.... I crank them down.... so i don't think they would have come lose... but still is a nice though before tearing the whole thing down...

Ok well I checked fuel first which lead me to a compression issue... it has some form of compression but not enough vaccum to open petcock to allow fuel into carb so thanks but screwed I guess... time to break it down again. . .

JerryScript- No didnt Gap ring just kind of assumed it would be right because even if it wasnt i didnt know how to fix it...but not seized im turning crankshaft by hand got compression but turns....
Sail Racer- Yeah thats what I did yesterday. took CVT cover off and using 8mm socket to hold it in place so I could see everything turning the way it should bendix engaged turning everything like it should...
I just dont know. . . almost done fooling with the damn thing. . . I really does have everything it needs but there is almost to many varibles to be able to check everything at once.... I keep tearing the motor apart every night and everytime I fix it some other weird problem presents. . . . very frusrating lol

Well I have found out that the bendix IS engaging. .. . but it got fuel, Spark, compression everything needed it was running great plug color but why die 10 minutes later and not start up again even days later. . . valves are set .003 on both is that to tight for a 47mm BBK with proformance head?

Battery tested fine, don't have kick start it broke. . . and the valves are set at .003 for both. . . and it's a new BBK with new rings compression is fine. . . any other ideas

I started my scooter to allow break-in after BBK left it for 10 minutes came back to it and it was off so naturally I went to start it again and it sounds like the bendix is free spining. I turned crank by hand it feels like it has compression.... is there a way to check engagement of the bendix? what caused it to go up in 10 minutes of not even cranking on it....
Also I installed a new rocker arm assembly and the vent to crank case is smoking alot.... is this just the chemicals for assembly burning off or something else to look for.... is that the reason it shut off and wont start again?

Wondering if part if the problam is that I need a stronger battery... battery tests fine but when jumping it it will start with whatever carb or jets are on it at least for a second....

Idk where to start. . . I can't get the thing to idle and it refuses to start up on its own. . . it needs ether and jumpstart.... for the 47mm does anyone know a great baseline to start playing with it... right now there is just too many varibles at play here.

The play is good. . . so I should reduce idle to maybe #32?
How do you properly set A/F... plug I'm use once got fouled up still has spark but cant see coloring... and do I set at idle or WOT. Best youtube tutorial you have?

You all can see my set up below, finally got my new BBK Running but when cold only with ether & help of Jumper Cables both and when warm with a touch throttle alone.... so what do I need to do to put the final touches on it... it also idles at 3k rpm without assistance of idle screw....
