What am I missing?

Ok so I don't have a feeler gauge so project is halted for the night but it look like needs MAJOR adjustment.... So much so that I don't think I'll have enough adjustment screw to put them where they will need to be so it looks is there replacement longer screws for adjustment? And is .0030" ok for both valves?

There is Gas in Bowl, Spark, compression, would a shot of ether be bad on a brand new BBK just to get ball rolling?

Okay so I purchased my "80cc" BBK along with a new bigger carb Installed everything to the best of my ability. I have posted a pic of the new carb (A) and (C) look to be the same as the old Carb but (B) appears to be new Can someone run through and tell me where each goes so i can make sure I have it right.... the thing is just Cranking and cranking but not firing up.... also what is the best setting to start with just to get it fired up so i can fine tune it... i.e Jetting main, pilot, and air fuel mix. Am I missing anything special I needed to do to get it fired right? Attachments:
