In FL 60-70mph with a little help ($200 pipe) closer to 70 (assuming your talking about the old one). My P200 is good for nearly 80. She'll hold 60-70 up hills, into the wind, that slowed my 150 down to 40-45...

i was asking about the vespa, i would get one and it would fit my needs, but i like to disassemble the china scoots, its my thing. I would have no need to take the vespa apart so it would kill my fun.

Wish I could find a Kymco people 250 engine - fuel injected, 20+hp, probably be a fairly easy fit into my Xingyue.

I looking for 65 gps on flat, I will somehow achieve this with my 150 even if i have to bore the case and go up to 63mm or taiada 65 , which i hope i don't have to do.

63 will get it for you. I would like to see what happens with the current kit you have may try something similar next spring if it works out for you. The old lady wants a bike...

I'm gonna try the 60mm and all my other mods, may get a 30mm carb, pipe and gears if i don't reach 65 gps, and if i don't reach it then i'll bore the case and get a stroker and the 63mm

I didn't get the 63mm because I didn't want hassle with boring the case I'm not going to use it on the highway, just want to get 65gps a personal goal
