yeah no i had the other pipe and i can tell a difference this has way more back preassure

Looks to me that the muffler in the OP's ebay link may not have an odd bend in the header. I think that is the angle of the photograph. Now whether it is suitable for a BBK option I don't know.....not a bad price....

be prepaired to possibly have to do some modification to the header for it to fit right .

be sure to see if u havve a "S" bend or a "L" bend i got the wrong one and had to have a shop weld more on to fit
"L" is long and clears ur mounts "S" is all short and messes u up for a 50cc

Bought this muffler, and it fit on no problems. No restictions and looks and sounds nice. Happy with the purchase
