my 2008 bms tbx 260 was running great for about 5 days then it craped on me again. pile of junk!... i was riding down the road going about 55mph when it all of a sudden boged out on me. i let of throttle and it boged out and died. my fuel indicator was low so a called my wife. had fuel brought to me....its a 3.4 gal tank and i only put 1 gal in....i started it up again with no problem but the minute i gave it gas. it bogs out and if i dont release the throttle....it deos. but it will idle perfectly. any idea? fuel filter...fuel lines?

Yes check fuel supply while running/cranking. Make sure you have good flow. So yes check fuel lines vacuum lines fuel pump tank vent etc...
pull the fuel line to check flow while motor is running or starter is engaged.
Could also be clogged jets in the carb. Does it run basically daily? Or how old is the fuel in the tank?

Also check your diaphgram, it may be ripped and as you open the throttle the diaphgram is not raising the needle out of the main jet so your sucking a lot of air and not enough fuel. Alleyoop

Itdhpp. U were correct. The needle clip had separated from the needle droping ut into the jet and so on so fort. I got the clip to push back on but what can I do to ensure this don't happen again? Can I super glue it or would this up the carb?

The clip shouldn't come loose perhaps it was just a crummy clip. Replace the clip with a new one.

After you put the clip on you might try to squeeze it a little with a plier to get it tighter/bend it back to its original shape...
