uneven vibration at high speed... (my scoot is 50cc with 80cc bbk) I can't feel it until I hit 40mph... after goes over 40mph the vibration can be felt. and it is continuous and same pace... I don't know if it is from engine or transmission or gears. anyone has any idea what is it?

Are your tires balanced?

Sometimes it can be belt resonance, that the belt is vibrating like a string.

Replace the tires. Pirellis. Worth every penny and it WILL fix your problem.

I dunno if it's the same scenario as yours, but I'm going to state my experienced parts failure.
I had a vibration riding home last night, it felt like I was a massage chair at 25-45mph (I have a 150cc China cheap-skoot). It turned out to be the Clutch Assembly that started disintegrating, shedding metal pieces from its integrated metal bracket/spring. This was causing the unbalanced situation, creating the vibration. That same metal where the clutch shoes are either clued or riveted to. Of the three sides (for 3 clutch shoe pieces), two of the three had the metal springs disintegrating.
I will post the pictures once I get home.
Luckily, I had parts from a parts-bike I keep at home.

Here are the pictures of the 3 sides: 2 broken ones, and 1 good one. Attachments:

You should be able to rev the motor and let off and decide whether the vibration follows the motor speed or whether it goes up and down slowly and follows the wheel speed.
i vote for the wheels being out of balance. i just had to add 2-1/4 ounces of weights to my rear wheel to get it even close to being in balance. i had to go out and buy more so I can do the front wheel.
