My parts from PartsForScooters (great site) are still sitting at the originating post office, after five business days. Thank you, USPS, for ripping my heart out through my whatever.

Really? This isn't good. What's your order number? I'll give USPS a shout and lean on them a little bit for you. Normally they are actually faster for most small orders than UPS, but every now and again they really drop the ball.

Sometimes they never update the system until it arrives. Depends on how much tracking was paid for. Don't worry and go check your mail...

Sometimes they never update the system until it arrives. Depends on how much tracking was paid for. Don't worry and go check your mail... My BBK didn't even say it left Santa Clarita California until the day before it arrived. And then it didn't say it got to McHenry until like 12p.m. the day it did arrive. Then it didn't say out for deliver until like 2p.m. (when my mail normally comes), then I didn't get it 'til 4p.m. My other order never even updated; it just said "your package has left the seller carrier and is in transit to your location". USPS! Where "Uh, ooosps" is their slogan!

5 business days is waaayyy too long for USPS though. Normally USPS can get a package from our warehouse in FL to CA in 3 business days. That is the part that has me a bit concerned as to the whereabouts of wutzthedeal's order. I just want to make sure it isn't hung up somewhere, or get ready to take the proper action with USPS to make sure a customer gets an order.

Could have been stolen off his doorstep 2 days ago. Then again with preparing for the Tropical Storm and such things may have gotten backed up. Didn't seem like that much of an event here in Clearwater. Still road every day this week.

Were they part of the door or in a box Spandi? In a box. But I ended up taking the bolts off the door and using them on my scoot. (Any more questions?)

Thanks Matt but Stephanie has already sent out a replacement order. The first tracking number is: 9405510200828787733999 and the 2nd (replacement order) is: 9405510200828793867640 I have confirmed that our P.O. knows nothing about it, and the complaint I filed with the USPS was "sent to another office that could better suit" my needs, after which I've heard nothing. Stephanie believes it was lost. Both packages now say they are still sitting there in Seminole, FL. Let's hope one arrives. We have a P.O. box so nothing was stolen (unless it was an inside job by some guy nicknamed Grassy Knoll or something).
