I would still ride a scooter with no helmet although I have wrecked a motorcycle with no helmet before I had a bad concusion see now I can't spell well I could not spell before. I was only going 10 mph so with that said a helmet is a good thing but its more fun with out one.

jeffery5568 I love to ride in Florida. No helmet law. Beautful weather. Have fun.  Dave That is not 100% accurate. In Florida if you are considered a legal adult and if you have the required personal injury insurance that carries the State mandated amount of coverage then you might be able to legally ride without a helmet "IF" (this is a big one) your personal injury insurance does not exempt coverage for injuries incured while riding a motorcycle without a helmet. For many if not most riders this means that helmets are required for them in Florida. |
