Got the MP3 player mounted alongside the GPS Used velcro strips Haven't tried this out(the MP3) yet but I'm confident it will work good  What do you think? |

THAT'S slicker than Darth Vader's bathroom! You gotta forgive us old geezers for not being up-to-speed with modern electro-gizmos... I'm still figuring out touch-tone phones, and color TV... LOL! But you young guys do great with it! I'll bet you guys will some day figger out how hook the doggone electronic toys into the engine computer and make it go faster... It could happen... Maybe?

I've got my Garmin Nuvi mounted about the same place as yours, and it was sometimes hard to read in the sunlight. So, I made a hood for it out of a sheet of craft foam I got at Michael's for under a dollar. I put velcro strips on the foam and the back of the gps mount to hold it on.

I would be riding tonight and trying it out but I think rain is coming... been cloudy all day but no rain yet If it doesnt rain soon I may go out and try it.. but I dont want to get caught in rain , I have no rain pants yet.

Isn't that GPS unit Not an mp3 player with the use of an SD card? Both of mine are.
