Ok back again ...im installing my 80cc bbk an my 80cc head has no way of attaching the silver tube coming off my valve cover that i belive is the egr valve. Im looking for away around it plz help me out...in detail would help best plz help.........2012 taotao atm-50 gy6

Can i simple attach everything an leave out the 2bolts that were there no holes from?

Take the tube off and all hoses attached to it canister and all

block the extra nipple on the manifold with a short hose and a bolt

If i take the tube off the bracket falls releaseing the hose bracket on the bottomwhich is attchet to my valve covertaking these offthese to expose flimsy valves attacted to my valve cover......

take the two screws out of the u shape egr piece remove all of that stuff and the little rectangular piece inside, take all the hoses off the valve cover and the big unneeded egr hose and canister off and trash the stuff, you have a non egr head that stuff is unneeded

Will oil leak out the valve cover were every thing is conated tho?

only hose attached to the valve cover will be the hose on top which is a vent

once you get the stuff all off the valve cover you will see its still sealed i do this on every bbk i do

Ok well it didnt start....my battery died right away because it acted like it was hard to turnnover it kicks over way harder also.....batterys back on the trickle charger but i got spark an i here my exhaust chuging good an hard ...so ill spray it with starting fluid when my batterys charged a bit.....any other advice...also i order a main jet an installed it i thinkbit might be to big but the main jet has no impact till u hit the gas correct?...an might inneed a more powererful battery now?

If its timed right, valves adjusted right and the battery is charged it should fire up especially with starting fluid, is big i run that jet in the 100cc kits with hipo exhaust, and open air filter and often its still slightly rich, but the main jet won't affect starting. Did you block the extra nipple on the manifold if you removed the epa crap?

let it charge up and try it if its timed right it will fire up
