I called the guy again and he told me that if he does not have the title for the scooter on hand he will get another from his distributor. But it won't be there until Wednesday. think this is legit?.

The guy sold this scooter to me brand new. And he sells about 50 scooters a month.

well lets hope he is legit and he gets you either a TITLE or the MCO and you will be fine.

I got the cert of origin from the dealer today. What next?. Dmv?.

Sounds like you got er made now
In Ohio, we gotta go to the BMV TITLE Office first. Get the Cert of Origina transfered over to a real title in your name, pay the $$$, then go to get it registered and new plates.

If you go online and get it insured first then go to the DMV to get your title. Mine was about 100 bucks a year with progressive but shop around like with anything for the best price
My scooter title cost $45 mostly taxes because Virginias not a state its a Commonwealth
You can get your registration the same day. Have $30 for it
Get your M/C permit or license if you don't have one yet
