If my foot looked that bad I would just have to cut it off...imagine if it was his face,,that would really $uck! No helmet, novelty 'helmets' or open-face helmets will do that. Yup,, I have a full face and a novelty helmet,,In the Summer when its 100 out I like to wear my ash tray helmet,,I know the risk involved and thats my choice..had a friend hit a drain basin a few weeks ago on a road bicycle,,he went down on his face and ripped his nose all the way off,,needed multiple surgeries to fix his face..he was going 20 MPH and had a helmet on..this guy has been riding MC and bikes his whole life and this happened in one second so I do recommend wearing all the protective gear possible if you can,,hopefully you wont need it,,but if you do it will help.

Get a DVM and follow the video,,it will rule out all the electrical stuff that could be faulty...if you are not comfortable adjusting valves yet than maybe you should have somebody else work on your scoot,,you may be making things worse than they where at first. Please don't take offense to this comment,we all have a different skill level when it comes to mechanics...

Thats exactly what I was going to say next,,you need to concentrate on the little holes in the pilot out pic as well,,make sure your carb cleaner squirts out real nice when you spray it from the pilot jet port at the top of the float bowl.

I wouldn't go any lower than 12 to be honest..12 on mine screams! I have 13g sliders and tach 7K on the straights..
That thing is making a heck of a racket,,jesh!!! Sounds like you have more than one issue,,CVT was noisy as well as the engine and exhaust..

I can get up to 7K RPM with my tall gears 16/37 no problem doing just over 60 on my speedo(prolly 58 on GPS),,I use 13g sliders,,its a perfect combo....it cruises between 5-6K 40-50 MPH all day long...still waiting for Walter..

Sounds great, just hope the jug fits in the 157QMJ case without boring. Alleyoop The auction says it does and I read somewhere you can get away with a 61mm in a 157QMJ sometimes...if its close Im sure a little zip zip wouldnt hurt anything,,just need to plug the hole to the case from shavings...
