You should be able to split the gearbox with the wheel on. Just disconnect the brake cable,remove the muffler.remove all the bolts and split the case.You can then take it to a shop to remove the wheel.

In the 80's, I was watching a neighbor fiddle around under his hood with a water bottle and some vacuum lines.He was an old ww2 vet. explained the whole thing to me. Has to do with water molecules making the combustion more efficient.

NOT! was that scooter by chance in a flood? Spray wd40 or kroil on it and let it sit for a few hrs, try again.

[replyingto=redroush00]redroush00[/replyingto]same as on a car, Timing marks are on the flywheel or rotor.Some even have a small plastic plug in the fan cover.timing marks are right under it. Take a look at yours.right about at 10 or 11 o clock on the side of the fan cover.

Both bearings are gone there.You should get a new seal too.
