I checked 6303-z for you, same dimensions 17x47x14mm . the 2rs just means double sealed. You press the end bearings into the case, and the shaft end fits easier. What is the problem with the bearing? does'nt fit the casee or the shaft? Here's a strange one: NTN makes a 6303z with a 5/8' bore.that is not standard! Mic the shaft and post results

Where is this guy quoting measurements from??? no 1.6 something or 1.7 something The 6003 has a 17mm id and a 35mm Od The 6003 also is a 17mm id with a 47mm od Google them You will see many choices of suppliers. If you have doubts. measure the hole in the case and the shaft. Seems to me , the guy selling you bearings do'nt know what he's doing

That sounds extremely strange to me as numerical bearing identification is an industrywide standard. In other words , a 6303 is a 6303. No such thing as different or special. It would have a different number. The numbers indicate the diameters and thicknesses. Is it possible that the bearing in there was wrong in the first place? Try Motioncontrol.com or grainger.com Maybe you need a 6003?

No go on that one, looks like I'll be waiting for my petcock to arrive. I hooked everything up, started it up, it ran great until in got flooded and gas was pouring out of the carb overflow. Oh well, it was worth a try. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but It sounds like your float valve has problems. If it's not operating without a petcock, It won't operate right with one either. the petcock on these scoots Is a pulse pump. You need to fix your float valve.

I paid nothing for it. It was part of a deal that fell through, so I got the bbk for free as part of the settlement Long story, but scrappy's was very good about it.

Yeah Thats The one! It don't need a special carb, and its a pretty good little motor when it runs right, Just hard to get parts and that outboard clutch shaft bearing is a painin the a--

I had one of those. It's a QJ139qmb right. The clutch shaft has an outboard bearing?I think scrappydog has some parts for that maybe bajamotorsports has some leftover parts. I swapped mine to a regular qmb 139,and never looked back. You should suggest he do the same. QJ or quingjang motors are hard to find parts for Besides that, I'm pretty sure you have to modify the case too

Thats where I got mine. Same issue as you, and together, we figured that out,and they sent me the right one. You need the assembly for the short vaalve head, You can put the locking nut under the arm, and it will run fine. But it's an s.o.b. to gap

The problem is the rocker arm assembly is for a head with long valves, and the head you have has short valves. You need to get the right rocker arm assembly. The same thing happened to me.I found out they make two different valve lengths, and two different rosker assemblies.
