is there any way to remove a crankshaft main bearing, the one that sits in the case side. i have a doner motor from an 89 honda elite 250cc for my qlink safero i thnk its called. the motors are the same cause my crankshaft is seized and it was cheaper to get a doner scoot then to buy a new crankshaft. any input at all? please let me know i can be on here or just simply text me 904-576-6368 thanks so much

my bearing is stuck on te crank end and i need help gettin that off ...i wish it was in the crank end

Then you need a bearing puller, ones like they have that slip behind the bearing, or you can try one with the 3 arms that grab just part of the bearing on the edge. Alleyoop Check the pullers out: www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=15708861

He is young and does not know any better. We have our own life's to live and come on the forums when we have some time to help out. I gave him a link to many types of pullers he should be able to figure out which one he needs to pull the bearing off his crank shaft.
CHEWY, If YOU STILL NEED HELP Post the picture of the problem child bearing here so we all can see why you cannot figure out how to take the bearing off. The other problem will be putting on a new bearing without damaging it. Alleyoop
