Negative on both. Go to Heeters and get yourself a much better Tomos Nitro-50 for $1,300. SYM pretty much builds the best chicom scooters.

I might just end up with a lightly used 2011 Tomos Streetmate-R. Only has 563 miles on it. Has passenger pegs. Fully tuned up and ready to go.

A driver that works for NTS public transportation is on the Kendallville City Council told that moped and scooter registration and licensing is up for consideration again.

sounds like the perfect fit for you. transportation won't be an issue and it sounds like you can set your own hours. terrific! about your phone bill... if you don't use it much and can get by with only text and talk i'd get a tracfone. i got tired of my over inflated cell phone bill 3 years ago, bought a tracfone for $10 bucks and can get by with the 60 minute reload card 4 times a year. mine has double minutes for life. it works out to about $7 per month. i usually use it to text since it only cost 0.3 minutes. About the phone. I have a Straight Talk LG Android by Tracfone. I get unlimited talk, text, and internet for that price. Almost everyone I call is long distance to me.

WOW Someone who DOESN'T want welfare, food stamps, section 8, free fone, gas coupons, bus pass, etc etc. What a concept. Wish it was contagious. I get $72 a month in foodstamps. $128 from my SSI check goes towards that for groceries. I do get rental assistance. I pay for my own phone. No gas coupons. No free bus pass except to medical appointments. No utility assistance. On average: Rent $72.00 Electric $65.00 Internet $40.00 Groceries $128.00 Medication $18.00 Bus Ticket $30.00 Phone $49.00 Quarters $30.00 Netflix $23.00 Renter's Insurance $12.00 Monthly Supplies $75.00 Stamps $10.00 In this whole mess I have to set money aside for a moped so I can at least start to get out and enjoy life.

As a ground's keeper for the apartment complex that I live at. It's a 7 day a week job. The rate is $8.50 an hour but there's no set hours. Some days I could only work a single hour. Other days it could be as much as 12 hours. The problem with the current residents is that most hired already have jobs and don't realize what they're getting themselves into. I don't have a current job and only get SSI. Having this job would give me as much as $1,500 a month. I wouldn't need SSI, rental assistance or foodstamps. I could also have my my moped as soon as early Summer.

Stupid- quoting system sucks monkey balls.
This is exactly why I'm buying a $1,355 Tomos moped over a $700 craptastic TaoTao scooter.
