Alright So i have a 2004 Eton Beamer PN2 (Basically a knock off yamaha Zuma) it has a 1E40QMB Oil Injected 2 Stroke engine The piston/ rings and Cylinder dyed at 5.7k Miles I plan to buy a 70cc 1E40QMB Big Bore kit off Ebay (yes one of the cheap ones) i already have a ''Tuned Pipe'' or rather expansion chamber on it, i need to know what size Jet(s) i will need for Re-jetting IF i Must Re-jet i would prefer not to but that's fine As well i am currently running with the stock air filter, what style air filter should i use, i need to be able to ride in the rain and such as well no one likes worrying about hitting a puddle and catching a load of H2O So help me plan this out so i can get it all done in one sitting! this is my daily driver and i have noticed it is much cheaper to upgrade to a big bore 70cc bore kit than it is for a replacement 50cc cheapest new cylinder kit i could find at 50cc 40mm was 68$ no Cylinder Head And the cheapest Big bore kit was around 49.99! leave me some advise, suggestions, insight, thoughts comments ect !

I bought it off of Ebay and they did not Warranty it no, how ever i contacted the seller and told him about the situation and that i and not new to rebuilds and that i believed the Piston rings to be faulty and the main cause, So he said he will send out a new piston, Cir clips, Base and Head Gasket as well as the 10mm Wrist pin / bearing witch is awesome So we shall See! And yes the 2004 eton beamer PN2 owners manual i found online says that my first tank of gas (keep in mind this is a oil injected 2 stroke) should be 50:1 Ratio mix As well it says Do Not Exceed 18Mph for more than a few seconds for the first 1000 Miles (witch sounds just flat out awful!)

Sorry for the super late response i should have kept up to date! - When i posted this my scoot had about 5756 miles on it, well At 5793 miles the piston Blew up! This Destroyed the Cylinder as well as the Piston and rings, the silver lining is that my Cylinder head survived this! lol By the time i walked it home my odometer showed 5800.3 miles i just ordered a New cylinder head, base and head gasket, piston rings and cir clips all that good jazz, we'll just say a rebuild kit... installed the rebuild kit and put in a gallon of gas with 50:1 ratio mix, i properly installed this kit no doubt.. it is like my 20th or so rebuild... Well this new piston did not do well, it became scored and completely covered in carbon build up in the first 7 miles of break in. I have uploaded a photo of the first piston that forced me to walk home, the second i did not bother to take photos of, i am currently waiting on another piston ''kit'' and should have an update when in the next week! As well, during the 7 miles my piston lasted i did not encounter ANY issues with idle speeds, did not stall, and could effectively lower my Idle setting to around 2000 Rpm So i assume when i get this next piston, and if it breaks in and seats correctly that i will be good too go! So i am having an issue with my 2004 Eton Beamer PN2 2 Stroke scoot It appears to have come along for no good reason, or at least not from anything i have done maybe just needs some adjustment and or new parts... i have too give my scoot a bit of throttle and kick start it a good 2-4 times before it will start after it starts it runs ''okay'' i have too set the idle speed Very high for the bike too start though... The issue comes when i come to a red light, or stop sign or any type of Stop, my engine slowly bogs down and lowers in RPM then dies all in about 2-4 seconds unless i hit the throttle a good bit, then it will idle high and stay running, i have too do this at EVERY Stop i have stalled out at a High number of lights around town here and it is becoming rather embarrassing, specifically when there are other Scoot riders near by I could use some insight/Help !
