Yep that was me on outlaw. I have 3 times in the last 20 years had a motorcycle permit but I only tried the MVD test once. I did it 20 years ago when I first started riding on my second bike a ' Honda Shadow 1100. The test was very tight and well, I failed.... I got my driver's license in 1962. As far as I know, there was no such thing as a motorcycle license. Had a new 1964 Honda CA110, moved to California, into the Air Force in '66 rode in Mississippi, Izmir Turkey, back to L.A., get a '74 DT175, went to the DMV on a Sunday and tried the "lollypop" and said "No WAY!" So I didn't even bothered. No crashes, no tickets, never stopped by any cop, no need for a license. Married, couldn't justify a vehicle I couldn't carry babies, stopped riding for a while, kids older, needed a replacement vehicle, my wife suggested a motorcycle. Being a "responsible" family man I had to get my license, after 40 years of being an "Outlaw." At the CMSP class over half were old riders getting legal. And, like you, I learned, particularly how you can do the Lollypop. AND, in 2010 I finally got stopped by a cop. So it was good that I had gotten my license.

This one was built in 1966, was a Hospital in the early '70's when I had sliced a finger, was abandoned some time before 1990 and has been vacant since:

In LaLaLand they are mostly a part of a building. I did find one: It died about four years ago. Good Enough? You only said about the shop, not that you had to able to get coffee.

... when I get gas 1/2 tank is the 87 from the car before me..which is still in the gas pump system...the rest is octane. ... Carry a gas can. Pump a half gallon into the can and then pump octane into your scooter. Pour the crap gas into your cage.

1. How far can you travel on a scooter? ... I am retired, having fun. Sold my dead Savage, bought a new LX150 last October, have about 3,000 miles on it already. I am having fun playing TAG on Modern Vespa. One day did considerably more than 100 miles from Gardena CA to Dana Point: modernvespa.com/forum/topic14936.18 Piece of Piroshky. It is start getting warm, it has been six year since the last Full Moon Madness ride: www.dslretorts.com/Paladin/archives/002372.html I am planning on ride under the Full Moon, next is May 25. Plan on leaving the house about 9 pm, should back home about 6-7am. Check back on me in a month and ask me how I do on a 380 mile overnight jaunt. If it works. in two weeks later I'll ride to Seattle to see my Sister. Scooters are not the problem -- people are.

At the ACE Cafe in London. It has a 'custom' style steel topbox and an Isotta windscreen. Looks good I got these cheap saddlebags that come off easy and even zip off. Not a big fan of the metal case trunks yet. In London or L.A., lockable is mandatory, steel is smart.

I've also noticed a lot of new people joining... I am on Yahoo!Answers and when someone has a scooter question I tell them to not ask the idiots that don't know, ask itistheride.boards.net/

Uh, MILF? Or do I really NOT want to know? Mothers I Love .... Geez lady! Don't you know that men only think about sports or sex -- which is why we love mud wrestling -- it is both!
