Naah, Lollypops are his trademark, his personal duality. You know, the Jungian thing? Like The Joker in Full Metal Jacket. His phrase "Who loves ya baby?" is obviously his street iconoclast sensibilities manifesting itself in a bit of cynical humor aimed at the discordant alienation that occurs in an age impersonal mass culture.
