I ran it just last week with the starter fluid. I think we have narrowed it down to a choke issue.

I have changed vacuum and fuel lines including fuel filter. I checked the fuel push just above fuel filter and it worked like a champ. I changed air filter with no obstructions going to carb. I cleaned carb several times. I checked the bowl drain line which was full of gas. I changed spark plug to iridium. Checked for spark which it had. I put my finger over spark plug hole and started scoot and it pushed my finger out. I did a valve adjustment today set at .004 on both. The only way this scoot starts is if I spray starter fluid in air filter box. Guys I need your help. What else do I do?
Thanks Shane

How high I have some 1/4 inch line that would put it just above the carb on the frame? Shane

According to that post this is a vent hose for CVT case. Do I just take the hose off it and leave it as is?

I did take those lines off the T because they were connected tight under the valve cover. I couldn't get a picture of them. The only line that really doesn't make sense to me is the line that goes under the crankcase.

Here are some pics of my situation. I'm hoping(praying) you can shed some light on the situation. I think I want to cap off the other side of the intake manifold. I just want to make sure nothing important is on that non fuel sidehttp://i1333.photobucket.com/albums/w633/shanething/574cf513-cd5d-4a64-949b-29476b8f08fc_zps7eef32f1.jpg.http://i1333.photobucket.com/albums/w633/shanething/0341b015-9b73-4f29-99bb-e787104e7f2e_zps4cd34491.jpghttp://i1333.photobucket.com/albums/w633/shanething/22bfef72-7d21-4762-91c9-3c85ffff0df5_zps3e221a95.jpghttp://i1333.photobucket.com/albums/w633/shanething/photo2_zps2dcd7ba0.jpg

My vacuum line runs right from intake manifold to gas petcock. I see in most of the forum posts that the vacuum line is split to carb and gas petcock. I have a 50 cc peace motor scoot.

I will try to get some pics our tomorrow. This T was snug under valve cover. It definatly goes from valve cover vent to T off under crankcase on one end and other to vacuum diaphragm. The other intake manifold hose goes to the top of this diaphragm.
