My valve cover vent line runs to a T and on one side runs to a diaphragm that goes to the air box and the other side of the intake manifold. The other side of the T runs to the bottom of the crankcase. I am having problems getting oil into the scooter. Could this setup be the issue?

Does not sound right at all IF IT IS THE VALVE COVER VENT LINE.
Sounds more like a PAIR system, which injects fresh air.
Put up a picture of what you are taking about. Alleyoop

I will try to get some pics our tomorrow. This T was snug under valve cover. It definatly goes from valve cover vent to T off under crankcase on one end and other to vacuum diaphragm. The other intake manifold hose goes to the top of this diaphragm.

Here are some pics of my situation. I'm hoping(praying) you can shed some light on the situation. I think I want to cap off the other side of the intake manifold. I just want to make sure nothing important is on that non fuel sidehttp://i1333.photobucket.com/albums/w633/shanething/574cf513-cd5d-4a64-949b-29476b8f08fc_zps7eef32f1.jpg.http://i1333.photobucket.com/albums/w633/shanething/0341b015-9b73-4f29-99bb-e787104e7f2e_zps4cd34491.jpghttp://i1333.photobucket.com/albums/w633/shanething/22bfef72-7d21-4762-91c9-3c85ffff0df5_zps3e221a95.jpghttp://i1333.photobucket.com/albums/w633/shanething/photo2_zps2dcd7ba0.jpg

This is your valve Cover Vent Hose, it probably goes to a plastic little box piece by the AIR FILTER or into the Air Filter box. Should not have anything else connected to it. This hose should be going to the FUEL TANK from the PETCOCK, the top hose on the PETCOCK should be going to the VACUUM HOSE on the INTAKE BLACK CURVED PART that holds the CARB. The other hose from the PETCOCK should be going to your FUEL FILTER then to the CARB FUEL INLET. Alleyoop

Ok, on the second picture you just told me it is NOT YOUR PETCOCK, that the PETCOCK is actually connected to the FUEL TANK. So I see Vacuum line is connected to that Diaphgram. I see the hose coming off the CONNECTOR on the DIAPHGRAM but it looks like it is not connected to anything or is it connected to something? You scribbled with red cannot see if that is a BOX or what . Also what is the OTHER HOSE GOING TO from the DIAPHGRAM. Don't write on the pictures just take plain pictures. Alleyoop

I did take those lines off the T because they were connected tight under the valve cover. I couldn't get a picture of them. The only line that really doesn't make sense to me is the line that goes under the crankcase.

The one going under the crankcase could be the TRANNY VENT HOSE that should also be able to VENT. So track that one down and take a good picture of where it connects to. Alleyoop

According to that post this is a vent hose for CVT case. Do I just take the hose off it and leave it as is?

YES, just a VENT TUBE:
Very cool it is just a drain tube. So now you can take the EXTRA DIAPHGRAM off plug up the VACUUM HOSE at the INTAKE MANIFOLD take the VALVE COVER hose put a Fuel FIlter on the end of it and ZIP TIE it up high so if it squirts out oil it will drain back down into the valve cover. Alleyoop

How high I have some 1/4 inch line that would put it just above the carb on the frame? Shane

Just so it is higher than the Valve Cover so it drains DOWN. Alleyoop
