Hi there everybody! My wonder if there is any way, possibility to replace the Chinese engines like 139qmb with a bigger one to fit on the old frame without modifying it.

I have changed the weights to 5.0 grams and it feels a little better. Now I'm looking forward for a cylinder head, but I'm not so sure which one could fit best for my 88cc (52mm piston) and it must have EGR or SLS or SAS on. Any suggestions ? Regards

If want some quality parts then be ready to spend over 1000 $. 88cc Mallosi BBk. 80 Main jet. Naraku Racing V.2 Camshaft. Mallosi Variator Multivar. Malossi Delta Clutch. Malossi Clutch Bell. Vario weights Malossi 7 g. Drive belt Malossi X-Kevlar type 687mm. Motoforce -Airfilter Racing. Cdi unit Naraku adjustable. BGM Pro V8 exhaust. NGK sparkplug. About that much I've paid for my stuffs above and are still many left to come as:Cylinder head Naraku, primary gear and secondary gear too from Top Racing,Ignition coil Naraku. Then after I will maybe change the crankshaft with a Naraku on. My target is to get as much is possible out of my engine with all costs.

I've heard people getting faster scooters by just changing the cylinder head.

millsc-Yes,it is a 52 mm piston.I'm surprised that is not toasted too. In fact the spark plug has a beautiful chocolate brown color. That means it runs perfect. rune75-Already tested with main jet and no changes at all. Other suggestions? :-)

Hi there everybody! Last year i bought a new 50cc moped right from the factory. It has a 139qmb engine and I tought that was too week and changing some parts won't be that bad. So,I've started doing that with big hopes.First step was a BBK from Malossi,88cc. I have some previous experince with Malossi and i think is top quality.I've changed the main jet with 80.Then after I've changed the variator-7 g.,kevlar belt both from Malossi too,of course. The CDI box is from Naraku, the adjustable one,Naraku Racing V.2 Camshaft,BGM Pro V8 exhaust. After all this I just cant rich more then 63 km/h.What else can i do to get over 75km/h? Now I'm waiting for my Delta Clutch from Malossi. p.s.The cylinder head is stock, the one with secondary air system.
