akais Do you have a real honda reflex or do you have the chinese knock off engine? I am just wondering about the weep hole. I dont have the water pump removed yet but the weep hole on the block isnt as big as this 10-32 machine screw. Also does the weep hole on the bottom of the block have to line up with the weep hole on the pump?

akais always nice to get money in the mail. How hard was it making the packing tool? That has me a bit concerned when jerry rigging tools lol

akais What coolant do you recommend? I have the parts above already, the impeller and the seals, it was 19 bucks for them. Thanks for the link, i will definitely do it that way..

crawford All the parts i have found are all rebuild kits. Like this  With this impeller sold seperately.  I purchased both the impeller and the rebuild kit.

crawford I saw it pouring out of there right after i filled the radiator with coolant. I have no doubts that's where it is coming from.

Is that a weep hole? if it is what would cause the coolant to leak as i poured it in the radiator? Not even while the engine was running

my bike is overheating, i noticed it had no coolant in the radiator so i started to add some and noticed it leaking. I found where it is coming from but the hole looks to perfect to be caused by rocks or something else. Is this supposed to be there and the leaking is coming from something inside? or is the hole just coincidentally that perfect?   |

It was a pawned item and the owner ended up in jail. The pawn shop owner was selling it for 1k but he just wants it gone so he is gonna give it to me for 700. It needs a new battery but other than that it looks good.  |

The bike pulled me at 60mph up a steep hill. I just am a bit nervous about it. I want something i can drive more then just around the city. This bike is a good deal though, i think anyway. 700 bucks and it has like 3500 miles.

Anyone here take their 250s on the highway? I am looking at a CF Moto, it has a 250 in it but i am looking to get something i can take to my school which is about a 40 minute drive down the interstate.
